چکیده
This work includes synthesis a series of some new derivatives triazine from reaction between the sulfur amino acid (L-cysteine) and different aldehydes in dry ethanol to obtain thiazolidine ring as diastereo isomers (Cis Trans)- 2- alkylthiazolidine-4- carboxylic acids (1).
 The (1) suffered esterfication presence drops concentrated sulfuric catalyst give esters :
 ethyl alkylthiazolidine -4 - carboxylates (2), which reacted with hydrazine hydrate (addition- elimination) hydrazides : 2-alkylthiazolidine-4-carbohydrazides (3). Acid (3) were acetyl chloride by (NH) acetylation form: 3- acetyl-2-alkylthiazolidine carbohydrazides (4). 
 last step cyclization compound (4) yeild triazine-1-one (5), undergo tautomerization phenomena: -1- ol (6). Triazine expected be biologically active.
